Our Story
Gazel Bridals was officially established in 2020 by Folu Akerele. Folu is the owner and creative head designer of the brand. She is a self-taught pattern-cutter and dressmaker. Folu started expressing her love for fashion and sense of style at the age of 10. She has around 10 years of experience designing bridal wear and bridesmaid dresses. Her main focus has always been paying keen attention to detail. Taking into full account her client's needs, Folu will make the bespoke wedding dress of your dreams. prioritizing the appearance, structure, fit, and feel of the garment.
While her designs are mostly inspired by the individuality of her clients. Folu loves to blend her dresses with her love for timeless elegance and sophistication. With intricate designs to create the desired figure-flattering garments for her clients.
